Founded in 1992. Hangzhou Boda Chemical Industry Technology Development Corporation Ltd. (the predecessor was Lin,An Chemical Agents Factory of the Forest Products Industry Designing Institute of the Ministry of Forest) is a science and technology enterprise. It is mainly engaged in the R&D and production of the new-type chemical additives, compressed air purification and drying equipments, absorption nitrogen and nitrogen purification equipments, ball-target current pulverizers. In addition, it also offers computer and internet information services. The current total assets are over 120 million Yuan. Apart from the production and sales of chemical and mechanical products, it is also busy in the field of trade, tourism, and investment management. It is the shareholder of the following enterprises: Hangzhou Boda Waterproof Agents Company Ltd., Hangzhou Jinjianglong Trade Company Ltd., Hangzhou Shenlongchuan Tourist Culture Development Company Ltd., and Linan Electronics Advertisement Company Ltd.

It has made noticeable contributions to promote technology innovation in the forest industry in China. The Corporation has more than 70 technical personnel in the fields of chemical industry, machinery, computer science, international trade, and investment management. Furthermore, with the support of technology and human resources from the Forest Products Industry Designing Institute of the Ministry of Forest, China Academy of Forest Industry, Zhejiang University, and Zhejiang Forest Institute, the Corporation has developed noticeable R&D and designing capability. The Corporation has developed successfully more than 20 new products, undertaken 8 national and provincial key projects, in which paraffin emulsifier, PVC relief sculpture production equipment and technology, waterproof agents for man-made fibre board were national key projects funded by the Ministry of Forest and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Corporation owns more than 10 invention patents. Ball-target current pulverizer is one of its patent products. The products and technology of the Corporation have repeatedly won science and technology innovation awards from the Ministry of Forest, the government of Zhejiang Province, the government of Hangzhou City, and the government of Linan City. Its paraffin emulsifier won the gold medal in the 45" Eureka World Fair of Invention.
